Thee Vultures CC Giant Killers Run 2024

After two years of Giant Killer events at the Cerne Abbas Brewery, Dorset, deep in the South of England, a new venue for this year at the other side of the county had participants naturally wondering if the run would retain its magic for the third year.  They needn’t have worried, the lush green pasture of Knoll Farm campsite slap bang in the middle of the Hartland Moor nature reserve near the medieval town of Wareham, was just perfect. With plenty of local attractions nearby, many cruised out offsite during Saturday, making sure to return for the evenings entertainment. Hosts of the event, Thee Vultures CC, are of course as discerning about their music as they are their cars, and with a bevy of DJ’s to spin the discs, plus some hot live bands, it was time to get the party started, the highlight of the weekend being a live appearance by ’60’s soul legend Geno Washington and the Ram Jam Band who rocked the house, (well actually a barn, but who’s counting).
